Paula Drouin was one of the original members of the group that created Restorative Justice in Edmonton, formerly known as the Edmonton Victim Offender Mediation Program, now known as the Mediation and Restorative Justice Centre. Paula has designed and delivered Courses, Certificate Programs, and workshops locally, Nationally, and International. She and Heather Stewart recently completed the design of the Alberta Framework on the Application of Restorative Justice in Criminal Matters, as well as the two day introductory training outline and resources.

We contract local, respected Elders, whenever we can, and our instructional/coaching team have many years of experience in the classroom and in restorative justice and restorative practice work.
ADR Learning Institute delivers Restorative Justice and Restorative Practice courses as well as the Bearpaw Peacemaking Program. We have been delivering our RJ and RP courses with the assistance of an Elder.
